STARBUCKS EGG BITES
Ingredients
1 tsp butter
2 large eggs
1 1/4 oz. smoked deli ham, bacon or any type of veggies
1/4 cup (1 oz.) cheddar cheese, grated
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2- Grease one mug or ramekin per serving with butter.
3- Beat the eggs with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
4- Add the chopped ham and grated cheese and mix well.
5- Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the eggs are firm.

Low carb zucchini tortillas
It all begins with an idea.
Ingredients
1/3 lb zucchini, unpeeled, and shredded
2/5 cup (1 1/2 oz.) shredded cheese
1/2 large egg
1/4 cup (1 oz.) almond flour
1/4 tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
1- Preheat oven to 400°F . Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2- Place the shredded zucchini in a tea towel or use your hands, and squeeze out any excess liquid that is there. Add the zucchini to a large bowl, and mix together with the shredded cheese, eggs, almond flour, psyllium husk, and salt until it becomes a smooth batter.
3- Scoop equal portions of the batter onto the baking sheet, leaving space in between. Flatten each portion with moist hands, forming thin and round tortillas, approximately 10″ in diameter.
4- Bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
